Terms and Conditions of the W&P Abdeckplanen GmbH

prices: All prices quoted on this Internet site are in euro and get on plus 20% of VAT. Discounts: as agreed or 10% of discount from an order value of 500€, from 1000€ of order value you receive 15% of discount.

Special posts and special candy ions are excluded from it.

Delivery expenses: Austria, we supply freight-free. Other countries on inquiry.

Payment: We deliver basically on calculation. These are payable within 10 days after calculation date with 2% of discount payment or after 30 days without deduction. Nevertheless, they also have the possibility of the mode of payment by PAYPAL. Paypal payments occur without discount payment.

Delivery: Orders are sent by package service. Control term: 1-2 days. The delivery occurs of working day. Terms of delivery are non-binding. The intersales are left. Hence, delays of delivery entitle the customer not to the assertion of guarantee, or compensation claims. Part deliveries are allowed. If you have received 2 working days after order no product, inform us please, so that we can find a purification. Vehicles of the package services can be stolen, packages will be wrong delivered, accidents... A lot of things can happen. If the delay continues longer than four weeks after completion of the contract, each of both contracting partners is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Retention of title: W&P Abdeckplanen GmbH reserves itself the property in all product which is delivered by them to a customer, up to the final and entire payment of the delivered product.
